Privacy PolicyWe at the Southeastern Institute of Research ("SIR") are committed to protecting your privacy. We understand that we are dependent on you and therefore we greatly value the trust you have placed in us and our relationship with you. All responses to any of our surveys are completely confidential. Any information you provide is for research purposes only, and results are viewed only when grouped with other people. Information concerning individuals is never shared with our clients or third parties except when so grouped. We will never associate personally identifiable information with your survey responses unless we ask, and you agree, to give us permission to do so. Your e-mail address will not be retained or used for any purpose other than research. Research participation is voluntary and you always have the opportunity to decline involvement or to "opt out" of our research projects, at any time. On some studies, our client does not want to give respondents the option of skipping individual questions. In this case, if you find the questions too personal, or objectionable for whatever reason, simply exit the study by closing your browser or going to another web page. You are never obligated to finish a study. However, if a gift or prize drawing were offered in appreciation for your participation, you would have to fully complete the study to be eligible. If you have any questions about our Privacy Policy, or are concerned about our use of any personal information, please contact us by email at ELM@SIRresearch.com or by telephone at 1-800-807-8981 and ask to speak with Elizabeth McLaughlin, our chief operating officer. |
